Seeing this live at The Louisiana a few years ago with my partner in crime Joe made me realise I needed to start a punk band before I got too old...because its fun! So we did...cheers Amy & crew x LAWNMOWERS (Fan)

Tommy and the Commies specialize in rockin' pop punk; the vocals reminded me of Pete Shelley, but the guitars are closer to early Jam. Catchy songwriting and loads of energy. poikkeus

Shaken to my core by anything this band does. They all sound wonderful on these tracks. I feel like I could just lose my mind to the last track, in the best way of course. dougie
Don't be fooled by the thick layer of snot over these songs - this Nova Scotian band has a melodic heart and a whip-smart head. Bandcamp New & Notable Jan 3, 2018
High-wire minimalist post-punk of the finest sort: the poetry of daily banality spit over molten guitar solos and elastic rhythms. Bandcamp New & Notable Dec 20, 2017

"I'm too old for this shit" (Kill Kill). Well, it doesn't seem that way, because this radiates youthful energy and power. Back to Bootcamp is an especially good song that sounds like an Iggy & the Stooges cut. Can't wait to see them live again, cause they're probably the best 'Punkton' band right now . miss emvy
