SAMF is just dirty & raw with some great punk rock hooks. its a great little song. other standouts for me were Do the Get Around and I'm Your Man. the entire album is enjoyable and fun. I'm even ok with going so far as to call myself a newly discovered Gino and the Goons fan. a few years late on the scene but have been collecting and spinning their vinyl religiously for at least the last 5+ years and i still get excited when new vinyl drops... punkrock1972bp

Killer garage-rock with a salting of punk. All songs are good, but the album keeps getting better as it warms up. Found it on the Drunken Sailor Record label, which is turning out to be a great resource for the dirtier side of all things great in punk and rock. Lute FP
Don't be fooled by the thick layer of snot over these songs - this Nova Scotian band has a melodic heart and a whip-smart head. Bandcamp New & Notable Jan 3, 2018

Hotlanta's dirge miners present heavy riff force, sure, but also hooks: drive-by melodies that stun and fade as the band, like Jaws, harkens toward blood and chomps folks. Snotty, smart vocals, occult trappings. Thankfully this is a punk (not "post-punk") affair, but I hear Gordons and Flesh Eaters as well as (Australian) X, The Eat or Filth.
